Key challenges

  • Develop tax plans
  • Assist tax partners in training new tax professionals in managing and supporting the team
  • Conduct client meetings and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Draft or review tax planning memoranda
  • Coordinate with clients’ legal advisors
  • Participate in or lead business (SME) purchase/sale files
  • Participate in or lead other special mandates
  • Prepare, draft, or review opinions and other tax documents
  • Conduct or review tax research
  • Review tax forms
  • Act as a resource person for assurance staff
  • Provide training to assurance staff
  • Any other related task


Desired profile

  • Postgraduate degree in taxation or In-depth Tax Course, with an accounting or legal background
  • At least 3 years of experience in reorganization
  • Good knowledge of tax laws and principles
  • Excellent teamwork skills and work rigor
  • Ability and desire to participate in the development of team members
  • Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Very good knowledge of French (oral and written)
