The management at FBL SENCRL, a firm of chartered accountants, is pleased to announce the appointment as associate partners of Mr. Olivier Fleury-Bellavance and Ms. Ghislaine Guilbault, both of whom are recognized for their outstanding contribution to the development of its offices in Quebec City and Drummondville.
Mr. Fleury-Bellavance is a dedicated team member and a perfect example of the qualified new generation who will ensure FBL’s growth. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Université de Sherbrooke, he began his career in 2005. In 2008, he joined the firm Girard Lavoie Mooney, which went on to become FBL when the two companies merged in 2014.
Thanks to his expertise, he has been entrusted with major assurance mandates for clients working in such sectors as manufacturing, real estate, construction, car dealerships and retail. He also excels in the completion of mandates pertaining to the securing of financing, business start-up, corporate sales, acquisitions and mergers, financial planning and corporate reorganization.
Committed new guard
For her part, Ms. Ghislaine Guilbault holds a Master of Business Administration and has been at the head of the assurance team since 2012.
While she was building her team, she also made sure that continuing relationships were maintained with many clients in the fields of transportation, construction, information technology and manufacturing in order to provide sound advice, notably on assurance and fiscal issues.
Without question, Ms. Guilbault embodies the continuity and strong bond that are characteristic of FBL’s relationship with entrepreneurs.
“As an associate partner, you have to be able to pass the torch, to not only transmit knowledge, but also passion. Both Ghislaine and Olivier share these values and aptly represent the committed new guard we wish to have within our firm,” FBL associate Mr. Marcel Bergeron stated.
