He joined FBL in 2014 as Director of Human Resources. Olivier has close to 15 years of experience working in human resources in professional services firms, and his keen interest in management and his business acumen have led him to take on more and more responsibilities at FBL. Given the firm's sustained growth in recent years, Olivier has been given the position of Managing Director in the firm. He is known for seeing things from an operations and practical perspective, and he constantly scans the labour market, detecting any changes and taking concrete measures to ensure that the firm remains competitive.
