Hélène Lemire joined the FBL team in 2005 as an intern, before obtaining her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2010. Since joining FBL, Hélène has worked on various mandates, gaining significant experience across the entire client cycle, from operating companies to management companies, trusts, and individuals. Today, she manages a diverse clientele, including service companies and non-profit organizations. She is recognized for her dedication to her work, as well as her desire to provide quality customer service and a rewarding and stimulating work environment for her team.

Jean-Michel Guilbault, CPA Auditor, CA – Quebec City

After five years with Girard Lavoie Mooney LLP, Jean-Michel Guilbault joined the FBL team in 2014 when the two companies merged. Jean-Michel stands out for his expertise in assurance, taxation, and consulting services. He works with a highly diverse clientele, particularly in the real estate, construction, and retail sectors. He is recognized for his ability to advise and support entrepreneurs on various business issues, whether in the context of purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations, or tax planning.
