March 11, 2020 – The management of FBL LLP is proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Anne-Cynthia Desjardins, Ms. Lennie Ross, and Mr. Olivier Pellerin as partners for their remarkable contributions to our Drummondville and Montreal locations.
Anne-Cynthia Desjardins, CPA, CGA – Drummondville
Anne-Cynthia Desjardins joined the FBL team in 2003 as an intern and obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2010. She quickly distinguished herself with her dedication and hard work. Over the past few years, Anne-Cynthia has acquired expertise in various sectors, including agriculture, construction, and manufacturing. Always attentive to her clients, she continually pursues her training to provide financial and tax solutions tailored to their needs.
Lennie Ross, Lawyer, M. Fisc. – Drummondville
Lennie Ross joined the FBL team in 2011 after obtaining her master’s degree in taxation. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with an international profile from Université Laval and has been a member of the Bar since 2010. Since joining FBL, Lennie has focused primarily on tax and estate planning, corporate reorganizations, and business transfers. She is a reference for FBL professionals and clients alike. She is determined to provide them with the best possible service thanks to her availability, her extensive knowledge of tax laws and new developments, and her compassionate approach. She stands out for her professionalism, intellectual rigor, strength of character, and leadership.
Olivier Pellerin, CRHA – Montreal
Olivier Pellerin joined the FBL team in 2014 as Director of Human Resources. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. Recognized for his operational and practical vision, he remains on the lookout for developments in the labor market, implementing concrete measures to ensure the firm’s competitiveness. With nearly 15 years of experience in human resources with professional services firms, his keen interest in management and his business sense have led him to take on increasing responsibilities within FBL. Following the firm’s sustained growth in recent years, he will now serve as Managing Director. Stimulated and motivated by the challenges our industry offers, Olivier constantly strives to excel.
